Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Greenville Haywood Mall

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was greatand very attentive.
We were not told that the jacuzzi and pool were "out of order" and that was a big disappointment. Also, there was no complimentary coffee in the mornings...probably the first courtyard I've ever been to that does not offer coffee.

overall it was clean and nicely remodeled but the lack of amenities were a big negative on my part.

Nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff.
Fitness center not too well equipped. Not so much as even coffee available in lobby. You will pay for everything.

The room should have been rated at the highest a 2.5 star.
A three star hotel and no coffee, nor any type of breakfast sort of upset my feelings. They had a bistro but you needed to purchase anything from that.

Priceline needs to develop a better system on what is being bid for. I ended up with 2 full size beds. That is the worst purchase I have gotten for what I was expecting. Other occasions, I received exceptional rooms beyond my expectations.

Super friendly staff and willing to change my reservation from king bed to 2 queen beds.
YES. A major disruption on 3-9-13,9:15 AM to 12:15 PM in the room adjoining me. Screaming, profanities, slamming doors, banging on walls, threats of violence, between 2 african americans. I was petrified to leave room or call the desk. Ruined my visit.

Beautiful ammenities, except a ceiling fan in bathroom would have been nice.

Double beds and fridge
In convenient 3rd floor access, insuffient bathroom counter space, no complementary tea bags, no functioning jacuzzi, inconvenient eating arrangements, ackward searing, and lousy breakfast bar-more like coffe house, instead of basic toast, eggs, oatmeal.

The decor was very nice
The beds were NOT comfortable; very hard, no pillow top or foam padding. The bed linens were cheap and the towels thin and scratchy. It did not compare to the La Quinta across the street, which is lower starred. Wish we'd stayed there & had free breakfast

Nice lobby with seating areas, fireplace, restaurant. Room decor nice looking and very clean but the linens were cheap, the bed very hard with no extra padding or pillow top. Expected a little more.

The staff was very friendly
It said complimentary coffee in the lobby from 6am to 10am and I am still trying to find that. The food was good but very pricey.

The hotel was in a great location to get to many places in Greenville or the surrounding area. All in all a good stay. Would have loved to had a small continental breakfast instead of paying $23 for french toast and a plate of eggs, bacon, and toast. Also wish I wouldnt have had to pay for my morning cup of coffee. Coffee goes along way with me.

Free wifi in room, a mini refrigerator and comfortable beds were all great.
Complimentary coffee in the lobby was advertised, but not available. Instead they sold Starbuck's at the Bistro in the lobby. Carryout meal from the Bistro was less than desirable, and it was poorly staffed for dinner. Advertised microwave in rm not there
