The room was clean and the bed soft.
The TV keep breaking up as if the signal was being scrambled. I contacted the front desk and left because I wanted to go to a bar to watch the Kentucky Derby. I have no idea if they tried to fix it but it was still messed up when I got back.
The hotel was decent enough but for the money I paid and the experience I will stay somewhere else the next tim I visit Gulf Shores.

I love the renovation of the hotel, very clean and warm welcome staff.
I did not see anything that i could see wrong. Nice stay!
I would stay again, very clean and near lot's of shops and other areas. Not far from beach and a great location. Would recommend to anyone.

We arrived Christmas night after an 8 hour drive and the young woman at the front desk was the only hotel staff in the entire building. She'd been working since 7am and would be there till 11pm, so needless to say she was worn out, but still smiled.
Nice clean hotel with good features.

Compact exercise room, no microwaves in the room. At time of my visit the swimming pool was unavailable.

Newly remodeled and very tastefully done. Pool and courtyard not completed, but was not a factor for us. We would have enjoyed the breakfast buffet that we had used in previous visits.
