We have stayed in this hotel twice due to needing to be in the area to attend to family business. A great hotel with many options to offer with high quality. Hotel staff was excellent and very willing to assist in whatever way they could.

Solo Traveler
I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The hotel was clean, quite, and up to date with all the amenities. They served Starbucks coffee and breakfast was made to order. Loved the low calorie and health conscious offerings. The hotel room was energy efficient which required the room key to activate lights as to not waste power.

Family Traveling with Teens
Night check-in clerk was friendly, but when I tried to change the room he was less friendly and even less helpful and so I didn't get a room change, yet the elevator doors were loud enough to keep me up half the night as the room was too near them. (The trains in the town are quite loud as well, but that wasn't as disturbing as the elevator chimes!) When my ten and twelve-year old asked the morning clerk a question she seemed annoyed with them although they were respectful to her-she seemed only interested in not being bothered.
