Staff was extremely helpful. Very pleased with cleanliness. Overall very happy.
I would have liked a little bit better of a location.
For the money the hotel was terrific and I highly recommend it.

The room was big for hong kong hotels.
The walls are fairly thin but this seems standard in most hotels we stay at whether abroad or in the US. We could hear the guests above us and the guests in the rooms right next to us pretty well.
While this hotel is not next to a MTR, the airport bus to/from the hotel is super convenient as well as access to trolleys, local buses and taxis. Plus they have a hotel shuttle that takes you to the IFC and back. Very nice. I would recommend this place for someone expecting to stay more than a few days or someone who is okay not staying 5 mins from a MTR stop.

We did not like our windows facing to other buildings - no privacy. It will be nice facing to the ocean view in the same rate.

I think this hotel is very clean and is worth every penny I paid for.
The location however is slightly far from any MTR station. However, you do get frequent buses right in front of the hotel!
Apart from the location (which wasn't such a big deal for me, since we're in Hong Kong), I think everything met my expectation. Bed were really comfy, clean and spacious. (as compared to other hotels in Hong Kong)
