One of the most comfortable and friendly hotels we have stayed in. We slept like babies both nights we were there. Convenient to so much to see, and the Medical Center.

Room was great (except for the coffee, which was like brown water).
No shuttle service early on weekends! Staff disorganized. Restaurant was out of staples (like soup) and communication with several of the restaurant staff members was difficult, at best. Guest Computers were out of service. Printer wasn't available.

Attractive decor, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff, starbucks in the lobby!
It needs some maintenance. Some burned out lightbulbs and broken lampshades in my room.
Free Parking!!!!! Very quiet, clean, safe. I like staying here because of the attractive room furnishings and in-room refrigerator. I will return for sure next time I am in Houston.

The room was okay, just had an stinky smell to it.
The fact that we could hear everything around us...cell phone ringing that woke us up way too early...someone snoring real loud, very annoying...the walls were basically paper thin!:/
