Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Johnson City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

As always, the staff was very courteous and helpful; the room was great and the atmosphere was very clean and home-like.

Great place to stay - will always stay at this hotel when in town.

Excellent, friendly staff, beautiful, clean facility and
lovely contemporary rooms.
Difficult to get back to highway, pool needed vacuuming and
snack store too expensive.

We went down the end of July for the birthday of our grand daughter and the ASA softball tournament was in town. Most hotels were booked and we lucked upon the Courtyard. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and lovely, the rooms were very nice and clean. The rates were very reasonable. My only complaints are: due to construction, it's very difficult to get back out of the property to the highway and there were way too many dead bugs floating in the pool. We had a double queen room the first night and were told no rooms available for the next 2 nights, that when I went to Priceline and found the King with sofa bed. It worked well for me, my husband and our 10 & 12 year old sons. Courtyard staff was very accommodating in changing our rooms, didn't make us check out of the first until the 2nd one was ready to go. ...read more

Clean, nicely decorated, roomy bath.
The bed was hard and put pressure on hips and shoulders.

Very nicely decorated, clean, convenient, loved the roomier bathroom.

It was trendy and comfortable.
The receptionist wasn't very friendly.

Very clean rooms
Awful location, hard to find

Good hotel with clean rooms and moderately helpful staff, if you can find them. This hotel is near a noisy train and in a very hard to find location. You will need to use 1100 N. State of Franklin Road to find it with your GPS and then it is still not totally accurate. The hotel if off of Med-Tech Parkway across from Franklin Woods Hospital.

Nice accommodations, clean room, friendly staff.
We stayed on the first floor and experienced tremendous noise from the floor above us. Must have thin floors.

The room was clean.
1st night way to noisy, 2nd night different room same result.

Was clean, but the walls were paper thin and it was way to noisy.

Comfortable, clean and
friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the computers made available in the business area for Internet access. We had a very noisy person staying in the room above us. The front desk staff handled it well and was willing to move us to another room.
