Pool and spa were nice, location is pretty close to City of Hope and there is lots of shopping and food nearby.

Lots of amenities, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Although apparently half the hot tub jets were broken. Apparently, it was never full of enough people to matter. Overall enjoyed the stay. Great cleaning staff.
The second room we stayed in was a king room on the 6th floor - and the toilet paper was soooo far from the toilet that it was really hard to reach it from the toilet.... Awkward for my small child and my t-rex-short-armed hubby.

Cleaning staff was great.

Toilet too low and dispenser almost too far to reach.

A free continental breakfast would have been nice, but was given a discount coupon for the restaurant.

Nothing.

Beautiful setting and clean everywhere I looked. Not there long enough to enjoy the pool, restaurant or lounge.
