It's close to the Westfield.
Only 1 elevator - the maids cart was always parked in the hallway. Staff was inexperienced. Traffic was noisy on street facing rooms.

Great location in West Hollywood with Ralph's grocery store right across the street.
$18 charge for parking. LA's answer to Priceline. You get a good room rate but can't control for the added parking charge.

The beds were comfortable and the blankets were great. The room was clean
The location wasn't great, but it was within the parameters of advertised. I think there should have been just a Beverly Hills choice. Not a good deal at all for what we got.

This is a clean hotel in an ok location. But, you are dependent upon a car to go anywhere. the hotel is not very exciting, but ok.

the bar staffers were great! bed was very comfy, and room was spacious.
it's in a sort of forsaken part of town. were trying to get close to w. hollywood, but it took at 20 min cab ride to get just 4.5 miles!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The decor and even the smell upon entering the lobby was inviting and fresh.
I was mildly disappointed that I had to cross a very busy major thoroughfare a block away to get anywhere on foot but that was the only inconvenience.

Very close to a major shopping center, and near major streets to get just about anywhere. The staff was very friendly and made the stay even better than the well-appointed room. It sounds minor, but it was great having electrical outlets and televisions for individual use in the bistro. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Prompt check-in, checkout, and valet-service in the garage; comfortable bed with non-allergenic bedding; adequate space in the room to do some evening yoga. Clean and fresh without any freshener-chemical smell. Good black-out curtain.
I was disappointed by the breakfast set-up, though probably my fault for expecting a self-serve buffet which would have been faster. Alarm clock was confusing.

Our room was located on the street side. We were on the second floor. The room was very, very noisy.
