The location is terrific, the staff very efficient and helpful, and the rooms perfectly adequate.
An elevator with the most annoying, ear piercing buzzer that went off at each floor.

The hotel was spacious. Loved the lobby that was setup with several indivual sections. We liked the fact that the room had a microwave and refriderator. Also had coffee and TEA. Most hotels forget about the tea drinkers!
The Bistro Restaurant did not have a lot of choices. But there were many good restaurants within walking distance.

Great location with many good restaurants within walking distance. The lobby has many sections so that you can relax with some privacy. The staff were very friendly.

The location was ideal for Old Town Pasadena. We were able to park our car on the same level as our room. When we walked into the room, the light was on and music was playing and mints were on the pillow - nice welcome.
My only complaint is that the bed was too soft and the pillows were terrible - big lumps of a hard filling, no softness whatsoever. I slept without a pillow.

This hotel is attractive from both the outside and inside and is in a great location. The staff is friendly and efficient at check-in. The lobby area has a bistro style restaurant. We didn't eat there, but the menu looked good with reasonable prices. There is a small market where you could buy drinks, snacks, and frozen dinners. A microwave was on the counter. This hotel is perfect for the solo business traveler. The rooms also have s small frig and a microwave. The only con is the quality of the bedding, which is very poor. ...read more

the staff was great - Jeremy and his friend [ can't recall his name but they had been out for a Kobe Burger that week!] were so friendly, helpful and fun.
no, it was a great experience.

Walking distance to great restarunts and bars, good rooms, terrific staff.
