The bed and fold out couch.
The food was expensive and not great. There was some mildew in the shower.

It was an over all great experience and a great place to stay after a long day of travel.

Very friendly staff. Public area (lobby, etc) was very roomy and comfortable.
The only real downside was being able to occasionally hear people talking loudly in the adjacent room.

Did not arrive until after midnight. Desk person awake, vibrant, welcoming!
For the price, they could include a free breakfast even though nothing is free!

Very clean, very upscale, very quiet, very accessible to airport (we walked) to it, a very good experience.

The mattress was hot and too soft. Lacked place for belongings in bath.

Nice airport hotel which is great for business people with many amenities for them.

The room was attractive, spotlessly-clean, nicely-furnished, and well-provisioned. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It all made for a very pleasant and
