Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Miami Beach Oceanfront
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

This was a good three star hotel, which met my expectations and saved a good amount versus the rack rate. A solid location - we walked to South Beach and up to the bars on Miami Beach. Also convenient for driving to local attractions. Parking was expensive - so use a local street or car park instead.

The rooms were nice, standard Marriott Couryard rooms. The whole area seems to be under construction at the moment so it looks very run down. Once all the renovations are complete I am sure it would be nice. It would have been helpful for priceline to tell you that there is construction so you cant use the pool and other amenities.

Do not go here. Wait until construction is completed. Rooms are dated. Toilet kept clogging. No pool area. Lobby noisy and dusty from active construction. Not a Courtyard Marriott yet, and that was my expectation.

When construction is complete, this should be a nice hotel. Nice location with decent ameneties. However, it's pretty outrageous to charge the price they charge while construction is ongoing. Find somewhere else to stay until the construction is done.

If you're looking for a great destination to have a relaxing romantic weekend--then this is the perfect place. It's certainly the type of place where every need is attended to--so stay here if you want to find a place to get away and never have to step off the property!Private beach; plenty of space around the pool; and a plethora of dining options onsite could make a long weekend at the Westin Diplomat a different experience every day and night! If you're hoping to have more dining options, or experience Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale--you will need to have a car--and parking is average ($26/night for Valet--which is more than worth it, and the staff is polite, efficient and helpful.)The customer service I experienced in my short stay at the Westin Diplomat was some of the finest I have ever experienced domestically or abroad, in any level of hotel establishment. The employees of the Westin Diplomat want to make their guests feel cared for, and go above and beyond to make that happen (I'm looking at you, Dave!)Thank you again for an amazing vacation! ...

Hotel is great location, but isn't close to many resturants, and only parking is valet and its too expensive.
