Clean, nice place. Easy to travel by metro to downtown and other places. Publix across the street is a great thing.
Choose another hotel if you want beach and swim. Have to pay the price to make it easier to get there.

Very nice hotel, but if your purpose to swim and enjoy beach and South beach area this hotel is too far. For traffic add 50% of what it says on google. Also I expected more of a night life or at least restaurants near the hotel, but they were few and mainly fast food joints. But hotel itself is clean and staff was helpful, friendly and polite.

Was across the street from Publics.
Didn't have availability to place 4 people in a double bed room.

I came with a group of 4 and they booked us for 1 king and couldn't accommodate the us with 2 double beds said that they were overbooked by 3 rooms...

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and the location would have been spot on if there had been shuttle service from the airport.
The hotel was fine .The incorrect information regarding the airport shuttle service.was posted on Priceline's site.

This Hotel was clean confortable and welcoming.We felt safe and secure there.Breakfast was pricey and there wasn't a airport shuttle avaiable when we arrived. Taxi COSTS $25.00 PLUS TIP.

Location, friendliness of staff.
No complaints.

This is our second time staying here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. The rooms are large, clean and well-kept.

wish the update their beds.
I had a little bit of hard time sleeping on this old bed other than that is good.

Need to update their beds. The price is great, staff doing a great job on welcoming and check-in and out. Keep up the good work.

Lot of dust in room. Very small fridge. Worst late check-out I've got in my life (1 pm or pay extra for 3 pm check-out), bad check-in time (3 pm), expensive and poor breakfast ($18 per person), too crowded. No utensils in the kitchen (i.e. dishes, forks, knives, spons, etc).

Close to shopping mall and publix supermart.
The hourly schedule of the shuttle bus is not on time.

Considering the distance from the airport, you can't go wrong with the free shuttle bus. Would highly recommend to my friends and would definitely go back there on my next trip to Miami.
