Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott New Orleans Convention Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 17, 2013

A quaint hotel that was a former warehouse near the docks of old New Orleans, also known as the warehouse district. It was clean, and conveniently located. I used Google maps which unfortunately was unclear as to what exit to use to find the hotel efficiently. I took advantage of the food service area where I was greeted warmly by am efficient, knowledgeable gent from Cuba, who articulated English quite well. The food was mostly American comfort foods - but prepared fresh using fresh ingredients. If there was any suggestion I could make it would be to feature at least one menu item native to New Orleans, even if it was a salad. Kids were kept quiet in the hallways, and although my room was next to the laundry room, no noises could be heard. Local restaurants were in the area were within comfortable walking distance, as was public parking. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure! ...

Locations is great for the convention center. The pool area is really nice. However, the rooms are a little less nice than expected. Overall, a good hotel.

This hotel is a great value and provides the perfect location for visiting the Quarter, convention center and Casino without needing transportation. Also, the Mississippi River is just across the street!

The lobby should always give a strong indication of what to expect when you get to your room. The couch, desk, bed, average at best. This hotel has the potential to compete or out do,any hotel in the downtown New Orleans area. The rooms could be so much better with a little upgrading.
