Family Traveling with Teens
We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the staff friendly. Our beds were comfortable, I would have liked a fridge in our room though. The pool and spa area were very nice as well. My biggest complaint was about the "neighbors". Our room was on an outside wall of the hotel. Across the street was a club that played very loud music. On wed night, it was open till midnight. On Thurdsday night, it was open till 4 am. At 1:30, I called the front desk to complain about the noise. They told me they had had several complaints and had called the police. The police never came. We did not get to sleep till 4 am and we had to fly out that morning. I should have asked for another room, but really didn't want to pack everything up at that point. ...

Nice hotel is you don't mind walking about a mile to get to the streetcars (trolleys). No free parking.

Family Traveling with Teens
Our stay was during Mardi Gras great location for the parades. We were on the side of the bars so the boom of the music was there a few nights but was excepted being the holiday.

This hotel has valet parking only for an additional $25 a night that is not mentioned when you book through Pricleine.
