The architecture was interesting - seemed to be rehabilitated from a warehouse.
There was an odd smell in the lobby. Also, the bathroom could use a little refurbishing.

This hotel was fine overall. However, it's listed on your website as in "French Quarter/Riverwalk." That's kind of a stretch - it's really in the Warehouse District. It's a 30-45 minute walk to the French Quarter.
