Location, Location, Location. The staff were great.
No bathtub and the hot tub was out of order.
Great lacation, Fabulous service, The balcony really made the New Orleans experience. You are walking distance to everything, even for someone with bad knees. This was as good or better than the 4 star hotels we have stayed in in NOLA. I would stay there again. We got a reasonable deal with several large conventions. Rooms were going for
XXX and up per night. We got XXX.

I reserved a non-smoking room; however, I could smell smoke in the room.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get around. Quiet location near French Quarter
Forgot coffee refills in room. Forgot to subtract parking fees from final bill.
We liked the convenience and great location. The staff was quick & eager to help. Liked the comfortable modern look.
