Very clean and tidy. Nice lobby area for relaxing with friends and very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, I've stayed here at least 5 times over past year, staff seems stable, which to me is a good sign.

Great accommodations.
No complimentary breakfast offering.

In the middle of a very busy area, but provided a nice feeling of getting away from it. Very good check-in and check-out times.

It was clean, the room spacious and the staff friendly.
Nothing.

Just stayed one night on our way elsewhere so was only interested in a clean, safe and comfortable place to sleep. The hotel exceeded all our expectations.

It is a great convenient hotel, clean comfortable room
Never have a problem with this hotel

We stay at this hotel alot and it is always clean and the staff friendly. The pool area is kept nice, my grandkids enjoy. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.

The room was absolutely spotless! The staff was super friendly! Loved the 24 hour free coffee!

This hotel was great for our weekend getaway. Very friendly staff, very clean, free Internet access in lobby, free 24 hour coffee in lobby, indoor pool, nearby shopping/food. This hotel more than met my expectations. The one thing that stands out about our stay is the cleanliness of our room, it was absolutely spotless! I would stay here again anytime!

Bed is always comfortable.
Room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, had dead bugs as well as live bugs.

I prefer Courtyard as I have stayed at 5 star and always returned to Courtyard. Beds are always clean and very comfortable. However this visit, was not good. Room service was ordered and drinks were not covered. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned, dead bugs and live bugs were in the room. I recommend checking out your room before you settle in.
