The front desk clerk, Cory, was very helpful & he's got an amazing memory. The hotel was exceptionally clean & well taken care of.

Great hotel. 3 star rating & then some. Great staff, clean rooms, good mattresses & pillows, free coffee in the morning, nice fitness room & pool.

The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have is the room smelled like someone peed all over the room. Very bad smell

Hotel and staff were great. Location a little off of interstate but it was very easy to get back on again. Hotel was a very nice surprise and restaurant was a nice addition as we didn't want to have to go back out for a meal.
It was a great experience.

Great place to stop and wind down. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Good restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool was great as according to our grandson. The location near the 101,202 and the 10 was excellent
We thought we would get breakfast and if we had paid the going rate, we would of felt "ripped off" but since we didn't, we were OK with it.

We found it very nice. The room was adequate and the beds were high quality. We are pretty picky about mattresses so that tells alot. I would stay here again as it was a positive experience.

Hotel is quiet and very accessible from freeway
Hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast compare to hotel with less star rating/qualities.

No Free Continental Breakfast Available The Courtyard hotel is interconnected to Fairfield hotel. You can enter from either hotels entrances. I have stayed there many times. This past stay, I discovered that Fairfield hotel offered free continental breakfast when I accidentally entered the hotel from a different entrance. As a guest of the Courtyard hotel, complimentary breakfast is not available. You would have to pay $6.95 for each guest to enjoy their breakfast at Fairfield. This did not sit right with me. Nothing was mentioned to me that continental breakfast was a paid option. I used to spend quite a bit of money at the Courtyard's cafe when I could of paid for unlimited breakfast. Just a thought...why can't Courtyard offer free breakfast? ...read more

For what we were doing the location was good. It had easy access to major freeways. The staff was very friendly
Two minor things. We had the "do not disturb" sign on the door and the staff knocked to see if we needed anything on day 2. There were Cheerios on the carpet under the beds, but otherwise the rooms were clean.

We would stay here again. Things went well and for what we were doing it was close to family and places.

Loved the fantastic location directly across the street from a mall with major department stores and great restaurants.
Firnishings in rooms needed updating.
