Room and general areas of hotel were very clean. The big walk in shower was great.
For the star level I expected a Continental breakfast bar instead of a paid restaurant. No little safe in the room to leave valuables in. Had to get a box at the front desk and sign in and out with a key I had to carry that could get lost.

Hotel was ideally located at the intersection of two major freeways for quick access to the rest of the area. The staff was great. The room was cleaned everyday. The pool, spa and excersize room were clean at all times. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

Not alot of screaming kids running down the hallways or people slamming doors. Nice & quiet. Staff very tentative. Pool was awesome, big & very refreshing.
Keep in mind if you get a room on the west side that Loop 101 is right there outside window so you can hear the traffic although the hotel has done there best to buff it with a large brick wall.

Hotel is very nice & clean. It is located on the West side of the valley which is convenient if you are going to a concert or ball game. Pool is good size and very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Did not have remote for TV however staff brought one within minutes. Only downside is sometime parking lot is full & you have to park towards the rear, but not a real problem. It was almost new! Spacious rooms with lots of closet space.
It would have been nice to have a microwave.

The hotel was nice and quiet. It had a desk as well as a sitting area with a table and 2 chairs in addition to the desk chair! The beds were quite comfortable, I slept very well.

No microwave and no free breakfast (although the 9.99 breakfast buffet was great)

Great location, right off the highway! Restaurants and shopping near. Staff was awesome and helpful. The folks above us made alot of noice but it was soon stopped.

The hotel is right off the highway. There are several restaurants near. The staff was awesome and so were the housekeepers!

Beautiful & convenient
Car broken into; no cameras or security. Priced too high as well.

Very pretty hotel with friendly/helpful staff. The room was too expensive and beds were not typical pillow top mattresses/Marriott luxury bedding. Worst part - our vehicle was broken into & luggage was all stolen! The window was busted out & they grabbed a few things in a hurry. There were NO cameras or security either, and Phoenix city police were not that helpful.

Nice, clean, good staff.
That I had to pay for breakfast, which I didn't know! when I got there they tried to put me in a handicap room, not cool!
