Location was central to businesses downtown. That's what I paid for in essence.
The showers were substandard in pressure and design. This hotel had the most minimum of shower and bathroom amenities. Also the towels were tiny and cheap for a downtown hotel.

I've been to Residence Inn, Holiday Inn Southside and Crown Royale South in Pittsburgh. I'd rank Courtyard last. I paid same price for Residence Inn and I was blown away by their facilities. This location is aptly described as minimal. The only thing going for it is the location. Staff at desk did not even know the number of a taxi company instead pointing me in direction of taxi stand down the street. Not a bad place to stay when in and out for business but not a very impressive one either. ...read more

A very inviting, completely remodeled hotel with all the quality ammenities you would expect. Great Service all the way around too!

Rooms were large, new and clean
Our GPS did not take us to the correct site. It took a couple of phone callls to get to the correct location.

Close to the venue I was attending.
I don't think hotels should charge for valet if you don't use it.

Close to PNC park. They make great French toast for breakfast.
