Senior Travelers
Hotel is well ran in a quiet neighborhood, trams and subway only a minute away. And a huge mall with shopping and food and good local food all within walking, staff professional and helpful. Not in the tourist center or castle area but we preferred the quiet neighborhood feel. And the trams and subway just steps away.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The rooms were better than expected - they were clean and modern. Staff spoke English fluently and were helpful. Restaurant manager offered free breakfast buffets for our kids which was unexpected.

Our room was beautiful. It had plenty of room, tons of storage, a gorgeous, modern bathroom, clean, comfortable bedding, a fridge, a coffee/tea station (fully packed), tons of international channels, I cannot complain about a single thing!

Couple
If you want a little local place, this is not it but we were very happy with the hotel for a couple of reasons. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great (although we didn't need it much), and despite being away from the city center, the public transportation made the trip to the hotel very quick. The front desk staff was helpful in looking up concerts and transportation to the airport. It's a very upscale hotel for Prague and if you need all the comforts of a US hotel, you won't be disappointed.
