Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Richardson At Springvalley

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I loved the memory foam bed and all the fluffy pillows.
I did not care for the fact that my room did not have a fridge or microwave.

This hotel was easy to find, centrally located format needs, and the staff was great.

Room was great for the money! Location is close to the heart of Richardson with quick access to Hwy 75. The only staff I had access to was the front desk, but he was friendly and courteous.
Nothing here!

We were there for the memorial day weekend and the rooms were very quiet, and very comfortable. I haven't slept as well as I did on that bed in a long while. I went out and bought a new bed when I got home. Didn't know what I was missing.

I have stayed in this hotel 10+ times in the last two years and the service is always great, the rooms are clean, very comfortable, and quiet. I believe it is a bargain rate compared to other hotels in the area where I have stayed. I've never eaten the breakfast buffet but understand that it is very good. Great location.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The area around the hotel seems very safe and it was very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Room was clean and in good condition considering the apparent age of the facility. Fitness center was good, well maintained equipment. Breakfast was a great value.
Room was a bit outdated. Beds were not very comfortable (too soft) and were very low to the floor.

The location was exactly where I needed to be. The room was clean as was the indoor hot tub and fitness facility. Breakfast was reasonably priced.

This hotel is on the upper end of the 3-star range. I would absolutely stay here again.

I guess the best part is that the outside door didn't lock properly so you didn't have to find your key when carrying luggage.
The hotel was mostly empty with plenty of rooms however the surly staff would not let me move to a room with queen beds instead of the king they gave me. When we folded out the sofa bed, there were candy wrappers and chip bags...

Pretty good location if you need that area. Breakfast was way overpriced, room was not clean at all.

The king bed was super comfortable, exactly what I like. The room was very spacious with that king bed and very clean. The tv was a big flat screen. I knew the breakfast was not included, so I debated on going out, eating off the hotel buffet, or choosi
I cannot think of a thing that I did not like about this hotel.

The Priceline price for this hotel was very, very reasonable and the reviews made it very appealing. I was not disappointed at all. It was easy to find and in a very quiet and secure area, away from businesses, housing, highways and airports. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, with very friendly staff. I was there for a church music workshop, but others at the hotel included a traveling volleyball team and symphony fans. I will certainly return to this hotel and would highly recommend it for your family. ...read more

The price was pretty low so I was hesitant to book. The hotel was nice, clean & super comfy. As a single mother traveling I would defiantly stay here again.
