Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Salt Lake City
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 15, 2013

The room is quiet and bed is comfortable. Room was clean. Would have like comp water in my room as well as real coffee creamer and coffee in the lobby.

Good location in airport hotel "grouping"; courteous, friendly staff; efficient check-in; clean room/bathroom; comfy bed. Met all expectations for comfortable, relaxing stay after long travel day.

This hotel had an eatery that was very nice for late night snacks. The pool and hot tub was relaxing, clean and we just loved everything about Courtyard! Don't have anything bad at all to say about it. Everything was excellent!

I didn't like how the staff treated me as soon as they saw I had booked through Priceline. She told me she only had a specific room and wouldn't even entertain my request for another room. It was a Tuesday night. Highly unlikely they had no other rooms.

Hotel is not close to anything but the airport. You are stuck eating at their little cafe when is somewhat pricey. Otherwise we had a good experience.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I had reserved the room with free breakfast but Priceline sent the wrong reservation code. They honored my free breakfast without any problem. Location was less than 5 minutes from the airport and 10-15 from downtown.
