Courtyard By Marriott Salt Lake City

The room we had seemed quiet. It was away from the other guests which was important for sleeping. No children running up and down the halls.

Nice facility with good location.

Nice hotel with everything you need.

When we arrived at the hotel shuttle, as soon as the driver saw my scooter he shook his head at us and rolled his eyes. He wouldn't assist me in getting into the shuttle. An airport security person and emergency service person assisted me. That was our first experience with the hotel. However, once we arrived, the manager couldn't have been friendlier. He helped us to our room and wouldn't accept our tip. He told us that the hotel always takes care of family. He also gave us a half off discount for breakfast for our troubles. I like location of motel - Close to the airport and easy freeway access. Have free shuttle service and can leave car at motel while we are gone. Can dine in motel restaurant or walk to close by Robert's Restaurant.

We stay there the night before our flight out and the night of our flight back so we don't have to drive the 3 hours to and from the airport. We like the airport shuttle provided and being able to leave our car there while we are gone. It's a nice convenience for us older, outter towners that get lost in the Salt Lake traffic. We also like the little "Robert's" Restaurant by the motel. Some motels in area have a free, continental breakfast----which would be nice----but we still like the Courtyard. They do have a small restaurant there in their lobby, but we haven't tried it yet. ...read more

We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Hotel very clean. Food in restaurant (breakfast) was excellent. Service was also great. Very close to interstate we were traveling on as well.
