Location about 5 minutes from river walk, easy to find perfect location, I enjoyed my stay at the Marriott
Had to wait to get into my room. I made it to the room at 2, had to wait an hour.I ordered the room online do I did not receive continental breakfast with rooms( had 2 rooms) kids wet hungry so I had to go elsewhere for breakfast
Overall it was okay

Rooms not cleaned properly and did not meet expectations as per star level and name brand plus rates
Overall experience for the hotel was below average. I would have prefer IHG group hotels compared to Marriott for the recent visit.

I liked the area it was in and the pool was in a great spot.
i disliked the fact that check in was at 4 pm and being excited about getting there our room was not even ready until after 5 pm
our stay was great! My children were pleased with the pool and jacuzzi area and the temperature in the room was perfect at the time of entering the room. The location was in a perfect spot.

The room was clean and the lobby was nice
The staff was not helpful. Check in took very long. Questions about San Antonio were not answered to our satisfaction. The staff seemed to know nothing about the area.
It was satisfactory for the money.

The hotel was fantastic, clean, comfy beds, very nice. The afternoon staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be returning to this hotel on our next trip.

Hotel had been recently remodeled. Room was a little small but very comfortable. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful, especially the young women at the desk in the evenings March 17-20th.
Was advertised as "within walking distance" of the riverwalk. It would have been a very long walk thru some not so traveled areas. Pool furniture needs updating and outdoor area could have been a little tidier.
Very comfortable, good value, very friendly staff. Is not within walking distance of the Riverwalk. However, cab fare only $6.00. Would definately stay here again.
