Night manager placed a $200 hold on my debit card even with everything already paid for. 6 days later the hold is still there. Not happy.

It was not even close to a 3 star hotel which was the main reason I booked with Priceline.

The lobby was very usable and updated.
There were a lot of sharp curtain hooks in the baby bed they brought us. When we told them they just barely apologized and offered us a candy or water. The room was also oddly arranged, not very accessible.

The lobby is very nice and updated, I can't say the same about the room. There is very little water pressure. The hotel is right off the interstate so it is very loud with traffic. This hotel is very clean.

The heating unit seemed loud as a gang of galloping horses at times...but not always. Curiously distracting.

Several local restaurants and national chains down the street. The furisnishing were fine. Location seemed quite safe and secure.

The hotel was very cold...the room was cold and they had to bring a space heater and the room was out dated.

Initially given a room that had not been cleaned from prior guest. Hotel corrected.

Location is excellent. Hotel accommodations appear to have deteriated somewhat since previous stay. Borderline 2 1/2 star hotel rather than 3. Prefer continential breakfast but okay without. Check out staff very friendly.

Liked the message board in the lobby. Was able to find the right restaurant and it printed out the directions for us.
The water was not warm enough for us. It was adequate but could have been warmer.

Good price for where we were at and almost next door to the IHOP restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel looks very nice and the staff is extremely friendly but the water did not get very hot, curtains were very dirty, and I reserved a king bed but got two doubles. Overall it was not horrible but it definitely could have been better

shower is barely warm; the water is smelly; and flows out weakly and sluggishly.

not recommend to stay in this hotel until the water problem is sorted out.
