We try and stay at Courtyards as they always are upscale and comfortable.
The only thing we did not care for is that the breakfast offered cost about $9/person - we are not huge breakfast eaters so would have appreciated a typical hot breakfast option. We usually stay in the adjacent Springhill which includes a nice breakfast

Parking was very limited. We could not even use the hotel parking lot as it was completely full when we came back from dinner.

Hotel was average at best. Parking lot way to small and had to park in another hotels parking lot.

Excellent rooms and front-desk staff.
The server at the mini-bar on Thursday, early evening, was more interested in talking and texting on cell, than serving. Other than that, the hotel was a very good place and I'd definitely return.

the only thing that a small irritant was that the towels were thin and hard

Hotel and staff are great! the location is next to the Empire Mall and there are many fine eating places within walking distance. it is convenient to interstate 29 and it is close to 41st st, which is a main rd in Sioux Falls. rooms are beautiful.

Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, and is in a great location.
Parking was tight. Charge for breakfast.

I would stay here again. Hotel is clean, new, comfortable, and in a great location. Bad side is parking spaces are small and there is a charge for breakfast.

The room was nice decorated. The hotel is in walking distance to the mall and restaurants.
Our hotel room had no bath tub. However the walk in shower was spacious. The pool is small.

Overall we had a great experience. The room was nice and very quit. I can recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, excellent staff, made you feel welcome.
Everything was delightful.

When checking into the hotel, the staff was very pleasant. The room was clean, smelled clean and was very neat. I am well pleased with our stay and I welcome the next time we need to stay there.

Nice clean hotel, great location.
Small pool and somewhat small room. If I was packing lighter it would be fine.

Overall: very nice. I had a room with one bed and shower stall. The bed was comfortable. The pool looked very small so I did not use it. Great workout room. I like that a NFL game was playing at the hotel lounge. A drink at the bar was a bit expensive.
