Have stayed several times and been very pleased. Nice rooms, great breakfast, exceptional staff and great beds. Bid online with Priceline and got an exceptional deal!!
If at all possible, try not to get placed on 2nd floor over the indoor pool. Only issue with the room was a very strong chlorine smell and the room was very damp and humid feeling the entire time even with A/C running. No deal breaker, just a small issue.

centrally located, knew what to expect. .stayed here before .
I booked thru Price Line..no choice of bedding. Staff explained nicely 2 double beds.no exchanges.
Other than dinning @ Courtyard..there is no place in walking distance. Down town is all commercial. The railroad wasn't a problem. No whistle. Vibration , only. I slept thru it all,without ear plugs that were provided in the room. There over night-didn't use any other facilities offered this location. Would stay again.

I bid on a certain star and was upgraded without my knowledge. I was looking for a particular star rating because the hotels generally are on the interstate, offer free parking and breakfast. It was downtown, and didn't offer breakfast. I used Hotwire
for my next reservation. 5 nights in dc. you should be asked before upgrade. sometimes it would be very nice, but we were traveling and were only there 7 hrs before hitting the road again. We needed location on interstate.

Hotel was updated clean and very nice.
Staff in restaurant were uncaring and not welcoming even though it was nearly empty. Front desk person very polite but when we asked to be placed in room not near ice machine she gave us the room closest to ice machine even though not many quests there

Nicest place in Springfield!!! Staff is great and very helpful. Great brunch at the on site restaurant also. Great beds and large rooms.
Looks like a recent renovation had been done within the last few years, although the room was showing some slight wear and tear that may need addressed in the near future. Nothing too major though.
Overall best place in Springfield!

Room was good size (was also more square shape than rectangular, which is a personal preference), room was very bright, furniture layout gave feel of having a little living area apart from the bed area.
Location is in middle of downtown. Frequent freight trains pass near through the night.
For the area, this is a reasonable hotel.

The rooms were very nicely decorated with top notch artwork and decor. The beds were very comfy.
While the beds were very comfy, we had three people so queen size beds would have been more comfortable. I called ahead of time to ask, but was told that there weren't any.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and I think this was the best. It seemed as thought the rooms had been made over since our last stay. It was a very nice hotel.
