Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Springfield

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the pool, the gym, the hot tub, internet access, free coffee, free cookies, a little restaurant, and being close to many stores.
Our bathroom was average. Nothing to brag about.

The hotel isn't very big but had many things inside. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. My wife liked the gym and internet. It was close to all the Lincoln sites and it was right next to restaurants and supermarkets. Our room wasn't real fancy but the kids didn't care about that, they just wanted to play in the pool. We would go back there, it was a nice place.

Very well-maintained in all public areas. Room was great, staff wonderful.
We had a ground floor room and you could hear the people in the room above walking around.

This hotel is in a great spot and just down the street from Baker's Square and Starbucks; liquor store across the street, along with a Target.

Very Quiet. Remodeled hotel. Located very close to several restaurants.
Spa was not working. Bedding in room was below average.

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel has been recently remodeled and very clean. Bedding was unfortunately did not align with remodeled experience. Bed cover, blankets, pillows and sheets were just not good.

The beds & pillows were great - the rooms were big
The location was difficult to get to.

It was fine - Appropriately rated. The beds & linens were good. Pretty thin walls - noise filtered into the room.

Cleanliness, peace and quiet, location, etc.
No continental breakfast. We were in a hurry and did not want to order, or pay the prices, for the items at the grill. Most likely, they were just warmed up items, either from a convection oven or a microwave. So we went to McDonald's.

Great place. Nothing is complimentary, except coffee for the coffee drinkers. No beverages for those who are unable to drink coffee.

Very clean, comfortable bed.
The floors squeak. The floor above us sounded like a herd of elephants was walking on it anytime someone walked across. Seems to be a very old struct.

Someone should check into the integrity of the floor and wall structures. It was a very downright scary sound to hear late at night. We woke up every time someone walked above us. Not right!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I have never been to Springfield , so I needed advice on places.
It is a little too far from the main sites of Springfield.

Clean and efficient. Loved the courtyard area for visiting with other people. Watched the Bears game with them even though I am a Packers' fan. They told me about the area in New Salem.
