Their customer service was amazing, very helpful staff.

I was changing hotels for the weekend after a work conference and didn't have a car so I had asked them if I could check in early. When I got there they didn't have a room ready yet (it was 11am and a very busy weekend) so they offered to keep my bags and call me as soon as one was ready. Within an hour they called and had every thing set up for me. Also, it was the Ironman triathlon, and while we weren't participating in the race I was impressed by the extra services they were offering to those that were. They had course maps in the lobby, extra towels for clean bikes, two wake up calls (in case they slept through the first one), a 4am breakfast and a shuttle to the start line. The Staff was Great rooms were very comfortable room service was from local reataurant and Breakfast was Incredible!!
The Mini Fridge a litte small and didnt work very well...

Great Location awesome pool area Staff very friendly and efficent ....

Very comfortable bed. The entire hotel was a non-smoking hotel. The view out our window was spectacular of the red rocks and the outside pool!
The shower-head was stuck on a level that was very weak in allowing water to flow out of it.

TV was blurry on most channels, bed squeaked, bad smell coming from tub drain, requested 1st floor rooms when reservation was made/confirmed, close to each other but not side by side. We were given 2nd floor rooms side by side and did not try to fix.

We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, plus having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Great central location close to the outlet stores and other shopping, plus easy driving distance to Zion and Bryce National Parks. We especially enjoyed having free internet access, a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The lower priced continental breakfast was more than adequate, but the slightly higher priced hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets, bacon and sausage, etc. was delicious. Very nice laid out room. Liked it so much we stayed two nights.
Nothing.

Conveniently located to shopping and downtown, this motel is very new. Excellent staff and quality accommodations.

The lotion in the room had been used.

I have stayed here many times. It is a very nice hotel and I will stay there again.
