The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious
My only dissatisfaction was that I was uncomfortable in the bed. It was too firm and the pillows were too soft. However, I realize that what is uncomfortable for me will be perfectly fine for another, so I don't intend for this to be a complaint

My experience was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers for its cleanliness, location and that there is a STARBUCKS in the lobby...always a good thing! Pricing was a perfect fit for the accommodations.

Room was very nice. Weird that you had to take an elevator to get to the outdoor pool.
I booked the room because of the picture of the hot tub. I was really looking forward to sitting in it after the Football Game and when we got there it was empty of water and we found out it had been closed since Jan. I would not have stayed if I knew.

If you are looking for a hot tub ignore the picture it shows. It is closed. It is a fairly decent hotel but weird directions to get to it. You have to drive all the way around the block to get to it. Bottom line call the hotel and insure they have what they have all the things they advertise.

This hotel was fine, but I wouldn't choose it. The lobby was really nice and fancy. Staff was nice.
I found the room to be a little outdated and dingy. The bed was lumpy and uncomforable.

Location, close to everything and near FSU.
No. Everything was great!

This hotel is GREAT! We try to stay here everytime we drive to Tally from Texas to see our daughter at FSU. It never disappoints. And, the staff is so helpful, too. I forgot my iPhone charger once and called them to see if they could find it, and they mailed it to me! THAT'S service!
