I was locked out of my room for 4 hours because the electronic lock malfunctioned. Wouldn't have been that bad if it was during the day. But this occurred in the middle of night when I returned to the room to go to bed.

Hotel front desk staff was rude. Valet and shuttle drivers where rude and not able to accomidiate my needs. Hot tub was out of service.

Nice clean rooms. Good value. Just can't count on the staff for anything.

The room was very nice and clean. Only 1 mile from where we were going. Hotel provided shuttle on demand to most places of interest including our ultimate destination.
No problem with the Hotel.

Parking, either valet or park yourself is $12/day. No on site restaurant. There are several cafe's in close proximity. Staff was friendly and rooms was more than adequate. Location is located in walking distance to many attractions. Very good value for the price.

Helpful staff, clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice lobby/breakfast area and wi-fi.
Bathrooms were kind of cheesy.

I thought it was a little overpriced for what it offered but I am not familiar with the area.

The Bistro was very expensive for what I got.

This hotel is a very good value for the price. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hotel shuttle was a nice perk. The only thing lacking was an affordable dining option - the Bistro seemed kind of expensive, especially for breakfast.
