Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Warren

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. No issues came about. Very comfortable and clean.
Not so much the hotel but Priceline did not state all of the fees. No big deal but I ended up paying about $10 more than I expected.

Very clean. The lobby was very appealing. The staff was nice. I asked for extra towels and received them in less than 5 minutes. Location was good and surrounded by restaurants and some shopping. Nice fitness center and pool. I visit Detroit regularly and I will probably stay there again.

The staff.
Parking is HORRIBLE on the weekends!! You have to park in an adjacent restaurant parking lot (ALL hotel spots were filled) & walk through pine trees & over a berm. Coming in at 11pm, two women...didn't feel like a safe situation.

Not sure I have too much good to say about this stay. Our room was not cleaned our second day. Asked for 3 sets of towels, but no hand towels given. Free coffee that they had in the lobby until 11 a.m. is no longer. Yes, they have small coffeemakers in the room, but I won't use them since I'm not sure of the cleanliness of them. You can get Starbucks in the lobby, but pricey & I don't care for Starbucks. Our second night when we came in late, we parked in the back of the hotel to access a door closer to our room. Our key would not open the outside door by the elevator. We had to walk outside to the front of the building, to get our keys remade. Again, not a safe situation for 2 women late at night. The staff was understanding and we did receive compensation for our inconveniences. ...read more

The rooms were very nice, the outside was very nice view.
No, not really I wish they would have had parking designed a little better adjacent to the rooms, I can't complain though because we left for the store and there was a parking nice, convenient parking space..

Very nice hotel..

The size of the room.
Through the joining doors..we could hear the neighbors fighting for a good two hours.

It's a nice hotel....I would stay again just hope to not get an a-joining room and to hear the neighbors do everything.

The hotel is older, and warn. The room didn't smell clean. There was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot. The sink did not drain. It really was not up to Marriott standards or Priceline standards for the number of stars indicated.
Just about everything, as noted above.
