Room was small but clean.Location was ok. I would have preferred closer to Worcester.Front desk was ok, not exceptional. She could have said where the pool was or where to get some ice. Bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet
Front desk was ok not exceptional. She did not orient us as to location of the pool or where to get ice. No cups at the sink. There were 2 glasses for coffee or tea.
I would say it was clean. The room was small but adequate. Curtains could need updating. Small space.

Staff was very nice and pleasant better than most in this type of hotel.
They are under going a renovation that I saw posted by another person. It was not a problem for me. I'm sure it will be nice when complete. Boston is pricey in this range and I would expect a free breakfast which I would prefer over a gym, pool etc.

Despite ongoing construction, everything worked just like nothing was happening. Plus, hile it was a little hard to find, that just meant it was back in a nice quiet corner - no traffic noise from the highway.

They did their best to make my stay great.
The location is not the easiest to find.
Rolled into the Courtyard Westboro right before a big snow storm. The staff did their best to keep the driveaway and sidewalsk cleared. They even offered to remove the snow from my car.When my flight home was cancelled and I was rebooked to go home the next day, they honored my Priceline rate for an extra night.
