Convenient centralized location to my various activities.
They didn't have a TV remote in the room and when front desk was contacted, promising to deliver one on three different occasions it never showed up.

The staff was nice and I liked that they had a fitness center. The location was good too.
I did not like that they didn't have coffee available for longer than just 7-10AM. There seemed to be a parking space issue as well, not enough spaces one of the nights we stayed.

The staff was great. The hotel was nice, clean and the location was good.
There is a little noise from the freeway next to the hotel. May be ask for a room that has the window that faces the other direction.
We just finished a 5 night stay at the hotel and was surprised and how nice it is. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There is a grocery store and CVS pharmacy and a Denny's next to the hotel which is nice. The free wi-fi is a nice touch as is the public use computers in the lobby. Overall it is a very nice hotel.

Nothing very displeased. I was not allowed to check in.
Front desk staff was of no assistance the manager I spoke to on the phone was rude, arrogant and hateful. He refused to provide his name.
After a long and challenging day, I went to the hotel as was not allowed to check in.

Stayed here many times. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always very clean.
Have stayed here many times. It's close to Presby hospital and northpark mall. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and lobby are always very clean. I'm sure we'll stay there again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, everything in the room in good working order, plenty of free parking, easy access to major roadways. Would definitely stay here again for the right price!
