Family Traveling with Young Children
Second time we've stayed here. Again, the room was very clean, which is my most important criteria for a hotel. The server for breakfast was very attentive and sweet to my children. Made us feel right at home.

convenient location.
The hotel staff phoned the room just minutes after our arrival to make sure everything met our expectation and to see if we needed anything special. I chose this hotel over others due to the queen beds as opposed to other hotels with double beds. Good choice! We opted for the package that included free breakfast for two adults plus kids under twelve since we were traveling with children, and it was definitely worth it. Choices were few, but the food was good. Looked like a nice pool area although we didn't visit it in person, just looked at it from our balcony.

There was poor signage and it was difficult to get in and out of. The rooms were clean, although the restaurant and bar were closed on Jan 1 and 2 - which does not make sense to me.

Hotel is in a great location to access Fort Worth or Dallas and DFW airport. Hotel staff was much better than many higher end hotels I have stayed at. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Main draw back is that nothing is accessible outside the hotel without driving. There are excellent restaurants, shopping etc. within a short drive.
