Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Dallas Plano Parkway At Preston Road
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 30, 2013

Small, uncomfortable rooms and unhelpful front desk staff

While the hotel itself overall was excellent, I did not like the location. This is not a pedestrian friendly hotel. Next time, I will stay in downtown Dallas so that I can walk to museums, restaurants etc. In addition, I can take the DART train out to Plano to visit my family. I felt stuck in Plano.

Recently completely renovated. Great amenities and staff, most comfortable bed ever, fantastic location. I travel a lot for business and this is one of Marriott's best properties. Adrian at the front desk was fantastic. Would highly recommend. Really is a three and a half or four star property.

The hotel was under renovation, but you heard no construction noise. that was a plus. The beds were some of the softest beds I've ever slept in and the shower heads were great. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were some of the most friendly people I've ever met. I did'nt use the restaurant on the property, but there was so many in the area, it did'nt matter. All kinds of food close by the hotel if you have family traveling with you. I will be staying there again real soon. ...

Really liked the hotel. (The only problem was that I booked 3 rooms and the morning of our first nights stay one of the rooms' occupants had to be admitted to the hospital so therefore could not go. Because of the policy of Priceline we lost money for the 2 nights we had reserved for one of the 3 rooms.)
