The staff was nice, the room they gave us with needing a crib was extremely small! We stated an extra night and housekeeping didn't clean our room! Not what I expected at this hotel.1

Great staff, room was very tastefully decorated, common spaces very comfortable
Bed was not as comfortable as I would like... Mattress not firm enough for me.
Great location for downtown shopping, eateries, etc... Too bad public parking is not closely. Valet parking at hotel is only convenient option and is $$.

The staff was friendly....made me feel special. My luggage was lost by the airline and they held it for me.

Travelocity should reveal the charge for parking before booking. In my case I bid on the room and did not even know the hotel much less how much they charged for parking (They have valet parking only at an outrageous $28/night.)

The location was great and the hotel is beautiful. We dealt mostly with check in and Valet staff and they were excellent.
We wanted a room with two beds and that was not available due to heavy booking.
The rooms very very nice. The Clientele was very nice as I got to meet George Frazier from the Colorado Rockies in the Hotel Lobby!!
