The public spaces were updated and very clean for those wanting to lounge elsewhere.
This hotel is better suited for people not wanting to be in their room long. There was your typical noise from other room doors closing or people in the next room. A light sleeper should bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to have a local newspaper.

The outdoor space with a pool, garden area and ability to cook on a grill.
The hotel was somewhat difficult to find.

This was our pre-cruise hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful but not necessarily friendly. The room was larger than expected, the hotel is in a safe area with a large shopping mall nearly within walking distance and a large variety of restaurants close by. Room very nice and clean. Staff helpful.

This was a great hotel. The only downside was the Bistro was extremely slow in the morning. However, it was not just this Courtyard that has issues with its Bistro service. I stayed at a Courtyard in Ohio a few weeks earlier and the service was also extremely slow. I don't think Courtyard has a good management plan on how to staff and run these Bistro's during the morning rush. ...read more

Close to the airport and to within walking distance to mall/food court.
Shuttles are from 7am-7pm and not disclosed till we were there. That was an additional expense.

Location near restaurants at the Fountain Shops was great.
Housekeeping knocked on the door at 0200. Why? Abandoned shopping carts around the property indicate vagrants or reflect the type of guests that would steal shopping carts from nearby stores and abandon them off property. The manager needs to address.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed while i visited the hotel. Very willing to help me in anyway they could. I would definitely stay there again!

Before booking and was told shuttle would be available for pickup at time of arrival. After booking was told the shuttle doesnt even run at that time

Room had ants, lotion and shampoo bottles were previously used. Breakfast was expensive, not good, and breakfast staff was rude. Shuttle was late. Front desk staff was nice, but overall was just not impressed.

Disappointing.
Whirlpool was being cleaned and we had to wait quite a while for it to be started.

At this time it does not deserve a 3 star category. Much construction going on for a new lobby. The entry was covered with paper signs showing different route to the lobby registration. Bathroom sink much too small for 2 people to hold shaving and makeup items which was very cramped. The hair dryer was hidden behind the ironing board in the closet.
