Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 6, 2013

Hotel has great location and a recent renovation, however since being purchased by Marriott cleanliness has fallen dramatically. Nice place to stay but for the price they charge it should be clean and check-in should be quick and efficient. The staff I dealt with were curious and helpful but obviously nobody checks on the cleaning staff as the room and hallway were not clean. good luck getting into the jacuzzi, as kids were jumping in and out of it completely unsupervised! ...

I would downgrade the star level on Priceline but was still very satisfied with the price and location. I was just expecting more

The remodel was done nicely. The restaurant remodel was fantastic and the food was top notch! The buffet is well worth it.

This was a GREAT hotel choice for me due to its proximity to the airport. The hotel staff was AMAZING...just TREMENDOUSLY kind and helpful! I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my stay and would HIGHLY recommend it to ANYONE traveling to the Big Island!
