Outdoor pool and transparent doors of rooms in first floor to the pool
The location is not convenient to public transportation

Except the location not convenient to public transportation, the hotel has exceeded my expectation. It was quiet, comfortable,very relaxing. Very good for resting.

When asked if i could have 2 queen beds the manager told us without checking for availability that it is Priceline's policy to not make changes. I did not see anywhere on my Priceline receipt that said we were assigned a King size bed and and could not change to 2 queen beds. Management lied on Priceline policies because it was their policy not Priceline. Another Priceline hotal down the street also owned by Marriott was alot more agreeable with my sister and gave them 2 beds. ...read more

Difficult to locate. Bar and restaurant mediocre. Restaurant staff very very slow.

Clean room, nicely furnished and comfortable bed.
Could be a little more aware of trash in areas like elevator, stairwell.

Hotel was very nice, especially the price we got for it. I was happy with the room. Staff was very helpful and over all a great stay.

I like the cleanliness and decor!
Woke up late and complimentary coffee was no longer available.

Great hotel with nice amenities. Very easy to access. Very comfortable accommodations.

Great service when needed additional coffee supplies. Happy Staff, comfortable, and 12 pm check out.
The elevators were hot.

This hotel was an amazing experience. We went for a turn around trip and was pleasantly surprised with the comfort, style, and cleanliness of the room / hotel. Also, the customer service was great, I called and asked for additional coffee supplies and they were at the door in a few minutes. I would definiately stay at this hotel again.
