The staff was 5 star quality. The hotel had every possible thing you could need!
The specific area isn't bad but getting there we had to drive through some questionable areas.

We loved it. Especially if you are looking for something off the strip (but they do have a shuttle if you want to go) this is a great place.

Unfriendly staff, waited 4 hours for my room to be ready and placed us is handicap area next door to conference room! Meeting at 7 am woke us up!

I was very unhappy with the time it took to get my room. Manager was very rude and then they finally gave us a room in the handicap area if hotel. They placed us right next door to a conference room where they had a meeting at like 7 am and woke up my daughter and me. It was very frustrating to be awoken by people laughing super loud and eating without any regard to people sleeping! I will never stay there again!! It was off the strip so traveling with an 18 year old I think it was great! Staff was very helpful!
For the price and the distance I would have liked to have a free breakfast. $22.00 for a continental breakfast for
two was way too much!

I did not want to be on the strip so the location of this hotel was great. The staff was so helpful with directions and help with the strip closed for the Marathon runners. The hotel is new, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
