Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Las Vegas South
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The hotel was located just off of the west end of the Las Vegas Strip. There was easy access to the hotel from any direction. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My stay was very enjoyable.

As long as you have your own transportation, this is a great hotel to stay in. I go to Vegas quite often, so I don't always have to stay on the strip. This location is close to everything I want to access while there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

When I checked into the hotel the clerk gave me the wrong room key ... not a big deal, I went back and got the right room key. Only trouble is that he gave me a room key to an occupied room. When I opened the door and my two kids raced into the room they did so to find a drunk guy cursing us and threatening to shoot me. The clerk could not have cared less about it - instead he discovered that he had written the wrong room number down to begin with hence the first key did not work. OK hotel - not great staff on the night shift.

All in all this hotel cost more than it should. It was a good distance from the strip and for the same price we could have stayed on the strip and would not have needed any cabs. Also continental breakfast would be a great addition.

The pool was broken during my stay, but since it is october now I wasn't too fussed. The rooms in this hotel are very comfortable and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The bathroom was somewhat lackluster, I thought the bathtub was not designed very well for anything but showers. You can usually get a decent price at this hotel and its great if you don't want to be right in the action on the strip. ...
