It was a quick and easy booking/check in... Really enjoyed the front desk staff as well
Room didnt have a fridge ... A little crammed

Beautiful location and very nice to sit out on the balcony at night. Fresh Market grocery right across the street was great to grab some quick good food without having to sit at a restaurant. Coco Walk was VERY close which makes for a nice day of shopping, outdoors and bars.

It was more inexpensive than many places in Miami which is an expensive place to stay - and it is only about 15 min from downtown & South Beach.
Smallest room ever, only 3' larger than King bed on each side & a bathroom you could barely fit into w/ only a shower stall. No place to sit aside from desk chair, no place to put luggage & air conditioning system SUCKED - barely got room to 73 in

I guess in Miami you cannot expect much unless you pay a lot more than
xxx a night - this place was really like a big apartment building with tiny rooms and no parking - they soaked us for valet parking at an extra $24 a day. We did not enjoy our stay here at all - the room was hot and cramped, and everything around the area is way overpriced - like this hotel, the Coco Walk shopping area. ...read more

Hotel gave us very nice room. Hotel location and area is fantastic and staff is very respectfu. I love to see Starbucks there because my daughter love it, they have very good food and beverages. Awesome staying experience and I love to stay there again.
I do not think there is anything which I did not like.

The Hotel is really very good and Staff is very cooperative with everything, they try to give you excellent customer service. Rooms are very clean. Location wise it is convenient from everywhere from Miami. Coconut Grove is very high class area. Very good market nearby the Hotel and good restaurants too. I love to stay there.

The A/C was extremely loud. Never going back to that hotel, Could not sleep at all!

If you go don't use the A/C, it will not let you sleep and wake you up in the middle of the night scared by such strong noises.

The location. Small room but we were provided a balcony with a pool view after request.
We needed to ask for a refrigerator. Only one microwave in entire hotel, with a Starbucks with limited hours; food wasn't very good. Limited parking almost forces you to use valet.

The location was excellent! Less than 20 minutes to South Beach. Close to major highways, museum, parks, grocer, etc. Pool, exercise room, and business center were nice. Food options not so much. Traffic noise could be a problem for some.

location is good
the hotel has only on cart for the luggage! and one of the staff helped me by getting my luggage by hand to my room because the cart was not available at all! also in the rest room was not flashing

i recommend to park in the street in front of the hotel it is cheaper because it is only 1.50 $ per hour and from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM is free

Had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to a leak in the bathroom. .staff was not very helpful thd next morning.
