The staff was very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to help us. Very good location to Spring St. & Prince Street restaurants & shopping. Spring St. & Houston St. Subway stops were only a few blocks away.
Did not have ice machines on floors. Had to go to the basement to get ice.
Good location, great staff, good value for a 3.5 star rating.

It's a new hotel, and everything felt new. The bed was comfortable. We slept great. The staff gave us a friendly greeting every time we walked through the lobby and were always available for us. It was close to the subway and many great restaurants.
The rooms are very compact, which was fine for us. We are used to NYC "efficiency."

Very clean and new hotel. Quick check and very friendly staff.
The immediate area around the hotel isn't the best but it is a quick walk to Greenwich Village and many great restaurants. Also, there is a subway station right at the corner. The staff was excellent and the room was new and clean. Definitely an enjoyable stay.

It was next to the subway station. There were nice restaurants nearby, at least for brunch!
Not really, everything was pretty good. The view of the room was awful, I would've preferred a room looking outside to the street rather than the back of the building.
The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular nor special about it. I guess it met our expectations. Personel was nice, although we didn't get to interact too much since most of the time we were not on the hotel. One day we asked for a cab and someone at the reception desk went outside and got it for us, that was nice. Other than that it was fine! You'll get the "welcome back" everytime you go in. ...

Hotel staff was very friendly and gave us an upgrade upon checkin. Tasteful decor, cleanliness, free computer use, fantastic view of the city made it an unforgettable experience.
No, everything was beyond what we had expected.
The location of this hotel was perfect: bordering both Soho and Tribeca, with plenty of restaurants and shopping at our disposal. A great stay!

Very friendly staff. Incredibly comfortable bed. Very quiet. We were on the 14th floor - never heard anything but silence.
Great location next to the 1 train or the C/E trains. The bed was so comfortable--perfect for our trip.
