Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Soho
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(9) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(26) | Family with Young Children(5) | Group Traveler(4)

Location.
They would not allow me a later than normal check out time. I asked for 2PM and they would not allow it. Never had that happen before.

Great Rooms, clean, quiet building
I got there and they switched me to a King Room with a couch instead of 2 double beds. Big inconvenience. Also the elevator key swiper wasn't working correctly several times.
Great hotel, would definitely stay there again for this amazing rate. Great part of town too!SOHO! Convenient location to the subway as well.

Location
Cramped space, Not the star level they claimed they were.
If the location is important, may be this is OK place. Otherwise, too expensive for the amenities they offer.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleaning staff were amazing and friendly.
We were unable to check in when we arrived and the front desk man working the morning hours was not overly friendly.

VERY knowledgeable and helpful staff at front desk and also room cleaners.
Lousy food at Starbucks breakfast cafe, though staff was very friendly and courteous.
Well-located and well run, very good, though not wonderful, hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fun location. Free coffee. Free wireless in the room. The room was a little cramped but very clean and pleasant. Nice, friendly place.
I did not dislike anything about this hotel.
Near the West Village and Soho, the #1 Subway. Fun and nice.
