Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge Collegeville
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 23, 2013

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also appreciate all the ammenities that the hotel has to offer. We were in the area for an event and were happy to see that the hotel had a late checkout of 1:00 p.m. which was awesome because then we were able to come back and "clean up" comfortably!

I had never used Priceline prior...and I think this is not Priceline's fault...as it seemed to be the hotel. We booked a King and sleep sofa rooom. When we checked into the room it only had a King. When I called the front desk they said they did not have any more rooms like that to switch us too and since we booked on Priceline they could do this. My husband noticed that whole floors were not being used...possibly they did not have to staff gfor this....however seems like you would open rooms. Manager not around so questioned the front desk, I stayed that is this false advertising as my reservation states otherwise. Kristyn, the receptionist said I was right however there was still nothing she could do. She offered us a roll away single bed, I said I needed 2 as I had 2 grown teenagers with me. She sated she could not do that due to the fire laws. They booked the hotel to a basketball team that played in the hall til 1 am. I did make calls to the front desk, hours earlier...the noise continued. I have actually stayed in this Marriot 18 months prior and it was not like this then. Complimentary breakfast had been changed to a paid breakfast. No hot tub and the pool is quite small. Nice work out area though and King bed was as comfortable as it could be with a teenager sleeping with us! ...

I was happy when we first showed up, super nice, super clean. However when I had I go to bed early because of a test in the morning, it was not easy. The hotel staff put me in the "pleasure" section instead of "business" that I had asked for ( I found this out the next morning). I had people next door scream and laughing all night, kicking the door because they could not open it because they were too drunk. The door connecting the rooms made it seemed as if they were in our bedroom. When I called the front desk they sent someone over to tell them to quiet down. Unfortunate they must've not believed me when I said I could hear everything because I then heard the lady tell them that she understood they were having a good time and trying to be quiet after the man yelled at her. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be writing to them to complain.

This was definately the nicest price line hotel we have every stayed at and they all have been nice but this by far was the best. The cleanest and biggest rooms. Newly renovated and it surley shows. The rooms were amazing in size and decorating it was like being in the islands. The staff was very friendly and would definately stay there again,

Overall my experience was quite positive. It offered all the amenities I look for in a hotel and loved that it had easy access to the expressway and lots of shopping options conveniently near by. My room was adequate in size and clean which is always important.

The hotel and stay were wonderful. I travel often with my daughter who is on a travel softball team. I've stayed in quite a few hotels and I would rate this hotel as one of the top 5.
