Friendly.
The room could of been cleaner

The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel did not have a restaurant on site, but had a breakfast area. I was able to find places to dine easily with the staff assistance. The room was nicely decorated, but not the cleanest. The carpet was dingy and there was actually a dead worm curled up on the floor! Yuck! You could see it easily. Complimentary snacks and coffee in the
lobby.
Too close to highway, noise made it hard to sleep.

Overall very nice, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Highway noise was unpleasant.
