Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard San Antonio Riverwalk
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 6, 2013

Over my stay at this hotel was OK. The fact that this hotel does not have its own parking lot/garage and that valet has to take your car over 3 blocks away did not sit well with me. The location of the hotel was nice but in a pretty quiet early closing location so if you're out for a fun late night this probably isn't the place to be.

This was a great place to stay. Valet parking was quick and simple. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Security was good. The riverwalk was a lot of fun. I just wish they weren't so expensive, but being a tourist attraction it's still a little high. The food was excellent in some places, in others not good at all for the price. I definitely suggest the boat ride. It's a learning experience, which was awesome. The Alamo is the best. We took our grandkids to see 'The Alamo' at the IMAX before we went to the Alamo. It makes going into the Alamo a realization of what happened there and the price these men made. ...

The view was ok. Not worth the extra money, the room was a tiny closet-like room with a balcony that could fit two people at a time standing. Everything was clean and the bistro was very convenient! The best part that made it worth the money was the hotel had a direct staircase to the riverwalk and was within walking distance to everything! I parked my truck valet and didn't see it until I checked out of the hotel because I didn't need it! ...

This is a very upscale Courtyard. The hotel is three years old and in beautiful condition.

The room was spacious. We liked the sink by the coffee station and the large sofa for daytime seating. It was a quiet location. Breakfast was good with variety of carbs and protein. Staff did a great job of keeping all the food items fully stocked, offering the same quality of dining experience whether guests show up at 6:30 or 9:55.
