Location. Right on Riverwalk. Within walking distance to everything.
Had very few perks for guest. No breakfast. No complimentary drinks in room. Poor parking. No snacks, not even sugar for coffee in room.

Hotel had Greg location but no perks!

The hotel had a direct entrance to the riverwalk!
The room was tiny. I have stayed in the same chain of hotel in nicer rooms for half the price. Location is key here and made up for the closet I lived in.

The view was ok. Not worth the extra money, the room was a tiny closet-like room with a balcony that could fit two people at a time standing. Everything was clean and the bistro was very convenient! The best part that made it worth the money was the hotel had a direct staircase to the riverwalk and was within walking distance to everything! The staff was superb! Every staff member we encountered bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

This is a very upscale Courtyard. The hotel is three years old and in beautiful condition.

Having a sofa with good lighting where we could relax together and visit with family who came to visit was really nice.
the bathroom door did not close unless we shoved it against the toilet. No bath tub - I enjoy a hot bath. the check-in staff never looked at us. they greeted us while looking down at their computer screen. Asked us all the check-in questions looking do

The room was spacious. We liked the sink by the coffee station and the large sofa for daytime seating. It was a quiet location. Breakfast was good with variety of carbs and protein. Staff did a great job of keeping all the food items fully stocked, offering the same quality of dining experience whether guests show up at 6:30 or 9:55.

The big problem was that there was not any indication that there would be $27 per day cost for valet parking. Our stay was fine otherwise. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Just be upfront and clear about just what the parking situation is.

Friendliness of the staff and the comfort level the whole weekend.
Overpriced parking.

A very clean building, super friendly staff who was ready for everything and just a really nice place to stay for a great weekend at the River walk.

This hotel is located right on the RiverWalk it's in a wonderful location people were very friendly and didn't have any problems with anything. I would stay there again for sure! Loved It

I loved the location!!!
The room next to us have very noisy children, other than that, it was wonderful.

I loved the hotel. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Loved that the riverwalk was right outside the back door. Very close to entertainment and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the vallet parking was a plus!

it was on the riverwalk didnt have to take a cab
the pool, the room wouldnt get cold stayed about 75, parking cost 30.00 a night to much

never stay there again its on my do not stay list
